Willett Distillery was established in 1936 by Thompson Willett, but the family’s whiskey legacy began long before.

Thanks to his father and grandfather, Thompson held a deep knowledge and respect for the craftsmanship involved in making fine whiskeys: Use the best ingredients available, pay close attention to the details – then take a step back and give the whiskey time and space to develop character. 

It’s a simple approach, but it seems to be working. 

The tasting event will be on Wednesday, June 11th at 6:30pm. We will be pouring an assortment of Willett Distillery whiskey.

The cost is $40 per person for wine club member $45 per person for non-wine club members and their guests.

Please RSVP ASAP as this will be limited to 40 seats. 

Check-in will be at The Canal Wine Lounge and the tasting will be at our event center.
